Team Development & Facilitation

Team Development

Sustain Change works with leaders of new or existing teams, ensuring clarity of the deliverables of the team and how they align to company strategy. We work with the leader to support him or her in choosing how they want to “show-up” as a leader, and how to effectively engage the team and team members to build commitment, engagement and deliver results. We work with the leader and team on ways of working together, using feedback processes and psychometric tools where appropriate to support enhanced personal awareness and teamwork.

Facilitation

We work with team leaders and process owners to clarify meeting objectives, design effective meeting processes and to facilitate successful meetings.  We often find that valuable insights can be gained by talking to a number of participants well ahead of a key meeting, enabling greater clarity of a meeting’s objectives and a more appropriate process to be used.

We have significant experience of design and facilitation in a range of settings, from conferences and leadership team meetings to Joint Venture partnership meetings and large off-site events.
