Leadership Development

Sustain Change has wide experience in a range of leadership development activities, ranging from the identification and rapid development of high-potential staff through to working with senior leaders of global organisations and their leadership teams. This experience includes the design and delivery of formal leadership programmes, the design of specific leadership team interventions and 1-to 1 coaching of senior leaders.

A particular focus area for Sustain Change has been the development and facilitation of programmes targeted specifically at Technical Leadership Development.
