Stuart Pidgeon is the Director of Sustain Change. He has more than 25 years’ experience in industry, having built his organisational consulting practice on a successful engineering background in the Oil and Gas industry. He has a first degree in Engineering from Bristol University, and an MSc in Organisation Consulting from Ashridge.

We believe in the power of enquiry and dialogue to work with clients to mutually understand their needs, to establish a clear and compelling picture of where they are heading, to engage their staff in getting there and to deliver with energy and commitment.

Sustain Change:

• recognises the importance of working relationships and interactions to the smooth running of a team or organisation
• believes in the power of both formal and informal feedback and coaching as an enabler of change at the individual, team and organisational level
• works with a number of different associates on larger assignments, providing access to the combined skills of a network of highly experienced consultants
• has an alliance with Delta Partnership, and has worked in collaboration with Delta Partnership consultants on a variety of client assignments.
